Swing Blue Alliance and Working America (WA) are working together to send personalized letters on health care to WA members in the key swing state of Pennsylvania.
Letters can be picked up & written on 10/7 at Activist Evening or picked up and returned by 10/13.
WA is an affiliate of the AFL-CIO for persons that do not have unions in their workplace. and these letters are designed to cut through the election noise and reach folks often turned off by traditional electoral messaging. These letters do not mention voting or candidates. They are part of a multi-touch contact plan.
To complete a letter, you will hand write the recipient’s name at the top of the letter, sign your name at the end, write a brief (1-3 sentences) personal statement about healthcare, put the completed letter in the envelope, hand address it, and place a first class stamp on it..
Each packet consists of 25 letters and 25 envelopes and will take about 60-90 minutes to complete. When registering, please consider ordering two or more packets if possible. Each packet of 25 will cost $25 with stamps or $6.75 without stamps.
