Swing Blue Alliance and Working America are working together to send personalized letters on health care to 500,000 Working America members in Pennsylvania. These letters are designed to cut through the election noise and reach out to folks often turned off by traditional electoral messaging. These letters do not mention voting or candidates. They are part of a multi-touch contact plan.
The letters are backed by years of rigorous testing and stand out among mail campaigns for their continued effectiveness at persuading voters to vote for endorsed candidates.
DETAILS: Each packet of materials contains 25 pre-printed letters, stamps, and envelopes. Just hand write the recipient’s name at the top of the letter, sign your name at the end, and provide a brief (2-3 sentence) personal statement about healthcare. Address the envelope, add the stamp, and RETURN to the host (details below). Reimbursement is $24.40 per packet (check or Venmo due at pickup).
IMPORTANT: DO NOT MAIL your letters yourself. Instead, DROP OFF your bundle of letters and the address sheet at 98 Franklin during the following times only:
Sunday 10/6, 12-5pm
Wednesday 10/16, 1-8pm
Due to construction, letters cannot be safely left at 98 Franklin outside the above times.
Can’t make those times? You can return your packets at any time daylight hours, 7 days/week, through 8pm Oct 16 at the following porches:
North Cambridge (10 Sargent St.)
Lexington (55 Baskin Rd.)
Belmont (78 Chilton St.)
