Turn Out Voters for NH's Close Races |
Chris Pappas is virtually tied with his Republican opponent, who is an election denier and anti-abortion advocate. Maggie Hassan won her last race by only 1,017 votes. |
This is the time for action! Swing Blue Alliance volunteers like you are driving to New Hampshire to talk with voters and encourage them to go to the polls. There is still room for YOU! |
Just 3 more weekends: Saturdays @ 10 am - 1 pm EDT Sundays @ 12 pm - 3 pm EDT |
Words of wisdom from canvasser David Buck: "When I finish a canvassing event, I feel very satisfied. We are spreading information and empathy that cuts through the doom loop created by mass media and advertising (propaganda). I know this humble activity is an irreplaceable pillar of the democratic process. Conversing with our neighbors is like a basic construction task necessary to continue building the American democracy we aspire to. These are the trenches in which the power of the majority can overcome the power of big money. It is really worth it."

Opportunities to Join Swing Left Volunteers in PA or NC |
|
If you can travel to Reading PA between now and Nov. 8, we need you to help get out the vote for John Fetterman. Housing is available. |
Many voters have not been reached, except by misleading TV commercials! A warm smile can go a long way to get beleaguered voters feeling excited about voting again. |
Cheri Beasley is in a dead heat in her race for US Senator from North Carolina. If successful, she will be the first Black woman from NC ever elected to the US Senate and the first Democratic Senator from NC since 1989. |
If you'd like to travel to NC to join other Swing Blue and partner volunteers going out and talking with voters, fill out the Out-of-State Canvasser Information Sheet. We will contact you right away about logistics and canvassing options. |

Voter Protection |
At last week's inspiring All-Volunteer Roundup with VoPro Pros, we heard about the critical need for voter protection, and in particular the need for poll observers. You can watch the recording of this inspiring event. |
Poll observers serve as a campaign’s eyes and ears on election day, making sure voters have accurate information and access to immediate troubleshooting in the event of a problem. Republicans have recruited thousands of election deniers to work at polling locations across the country. In New Hampshire, poll observers can be from out of state, and there is an urgent need for more Democratic observers. |
If you're not ready to volunteer as a poll observer but want to be connected with other voter protection opportunities, please fill out this brief SBA survey. We can answer questions and suggest a role and state to get you started! |
