Over 20 different grassroots groups from all over Greater Boston, the Cape and Islands have completed a large postcard-writing project to remind Democratic voters of the importance of an upcoming special election in North Carolina’s 9th congressional district, which includes parts of Charlotte.
The postcard project is the brainchild of Carolyn Eberly, founder of Indivisible NC-09. Her goal was to send a hand-written postcard to all 50,000 Democrats in the district. The message reminds the voters of the issues at stake, such as healthcare and public schools.
Carolyn and her group are very grateful for the support. She writes:
Your organization and coalition of groups in this postcard campaign has been phenomenal! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate all that you’ve done.
