Flag Day

Let's Focus on Results!

In 2022 Swing Blue Alliance and allies sent 460,000 postcards and letters to get out the vote in PA, NC, NH, FL, CO and GA and some midwestern states (in partnership with Galvanize).

Many of these campaigns were part of an experiment, and the results are our best guide for making sure our postcards and letters are having an impact.

Join us on Flag Day, June 14th, for our "Flag the Results" event. Hear what we discovered in our 2022 experiments, and learn about how this experience will inform our mailing campaign strategies for 2023 and 2024.

You'll hear about:

  • our AIM HI framework and what we tested
  • 2022 experiment results in key GA and PA counties
  • new nationwide mailing effectiveness data from the US Postal Service
  • updates for 2023 campaigns that enhance our testing capabilities, including better targeting and new ways of measuring persuasion messaging

And more!

Co-hosted by Markers for Democracy and Swing Left North Shore Cape Ann, Indivisible Acton Area, TurnPurple2Blue and IndivisibleLAB.

Pride Vote

Register Voters at NY Pride Event

Join Swing Blue, Swing Left and Indivisible volunteers to visit Long Island Pride in Huntington, NY next Sunday, June 11. We’ll be registering voters, signing up local volunteers and talking to folks from NY 1, 3 & 4.

NY 3 is George Santos' district, and NY 1 and 4 are both flippable Congressional districts for 2024. We need to start building our electorate now, so we can win back the House next year!

Plenty of training will be provided. When you sign up with the button below, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to join our training Zoom call on Wednesday 6/7, as well as info about local transportation, including the LIRR train you can take from NYC to Huntington.

June Frontline Update:

The Road to Winning NC runs through Mecklenburg County

Swing Blue Alliance and All in For NC are teaming up to introduce you to the young, newly elected leaders in North Carolina, including 26-year-old Drew Kromer, the new chair of the Mecklenburg County Dems.

Mecklenburg County, where Charlotte is located, is a big blue county. But with a 2022 turnout rate of under 45%, it’s the most important under-performer of NC's big Democratic counties.

Come hear how these new leaders plan to turn this Democratic county around. Drew Kromer is our featured speaker, along with Dr. Kimberly Hardy of the NC Dem Party, Jennifer De La Jara, a Charlotte school board member, and Sean Greer, a local political organizer. Co-sponsored by Chop Wood, Carry Water and Left of Center.

The May 23 Fundraiser for Put NC First was a huge success! Thanks to all who donated and a generous match from within NC, $385,000 was raised for early field work in the state.

Sun, June 25 @ 5 pm - 5:30 pm EDT
