Maine is a neck‑and‑neck race for Democrats seeking to win the U.S. Senate. We need victories in states like Maine. Senator Susan Collins is difficult to beat and deeply entrenched. With a population of only 1.4 million, there are fewer voters to reach in a highly competitive race. Negative advertising and dark‑money spending against Democrats are overwhelming, and Elon Musk is investing heavily in Maine politics. We must reintroduce Troy Jackson to voters in a short time frame, even as some Democrats continue to support Collins. The Congressional delegation and State Legislature are ahead by only a few seats. U.S. House Candidates Matt Dunlap and Chellie Pingree, along with Governor-elect Hannah Pingree and others, are crucial to securing a Maine trifecta.
