Sitting inside as voters check in, party poll watchers have critical eyes on the process. They will report regularly throughout the day about who has already voted so that GOTV efforts can be focussed to more effectively get out every possible voter.
Quentin Palfrey from Mass Dems will be talking about how to become a partisan poll monitor and take part in the midterms by watching the vote as it happens.
