Send postcards to West Philadelphia low-propensity Democratic and independent voters (generally young people who vote Democratic) to inform them of infrastructure projects in their neighborhoods. Generating higher turnout among low-propensity Democratic and independent voters will be critical to state progressive outcomes and also key for determining who has control of the Presidency, the Senate and the House of Representatives.
Postcards are easy to write: they only require a short, handwritten message and placement of an address label and stamp on the card. A packet of 25 cards costs $18.50, with tax and postage and should take less than one hour to complete.
