Regardless of all the noise, the mission for SBA is clear: put as many Dems as we can into every seat in the US Senate, Congress, and White House.
If you want to see a Blue Washington, DC, here’s your chance to put pedal to the metal, feet in the street, pencil to paper, ear to phone, and wallet in hand. SBA will support you at every turn as we collaborate with Dem organizations on the ground, carry out rigorous research on strategies and tactics, deliver strong training, and provide ongoing access to help.

An Ideal Day for an Indoor-Outdoor Picnic
The Windshield Cowboys kicked off the SBA/Activist Afternoons picnic with great music.
Over 75 SBAers of all levels of experience gathered to join old friends, meet new activists, listen to great music, and taste foods from around the world. They made the 2024 SBA and Activist Afternoons Picnic a great success!
People matched names to real-life faces and introductions to SBA's team leads made it clear how much commitment there is to different paths of volunteering. There was a spirited "what motivates you?" conversation that encouraged people at different tables to make new connections.

All in for NC (AINC) and SBA are cohosting the 4 Million Doors Fundraiser that aims to give four key NC activist organizations the backing they need to get out the Democratic vote.
This fundraising campaign will provide the support necessary to reach 4 million doors in the state.
Tue, Aug 6 @ 7:30 - 8:30 pm EDT
When you complete your donation, your browser will open a mobilize window that enables you to register for the event if you want to attend.

All in for NC Monthly Meeting
Come hear from the vibrant young leaders of the Mecklenburg and NC Democratic Parties and learn about their plans to turn NC Blue. These party directors are rising to the occasion with plans to canvass hundreds of thousands of homes and add tens of thousands of Democratic votes in the "gold mine" county of North Carolina.
Call NC Voters and Volunteers
Help us turn NC Dems into volunteers and voters in the Charlotte/ Mecklenburg County area, which has many registered Democrats, few of whom go to the polls. Increasing Democratic turnout in Mecklenburg is critical to turning NC Blue.
Let’s Help NC Become the Next Georgia
In 2020, volunteers canvassing in Georgia were the reason that Dems won the state and federal Houses and Senates. All in for NC is making it easy for out-of-staters to connect with canvassing opportunities (primarily in Charlotte/Mecklenburg County).
At the meeting, we’ll help you make connections and provide all the training and support you might need to make your trip to NC effective and memorable.

Saturdays @ 10 am - 6 pm EDT

Writing to Working America(ns)
The letter you write might be the one thing that gets PA working Americans to focus on healthcare as their top voting issue. And with an issue in mind, they're more likely to go to the polls!
Working America is an association of 4.3 million pro-labor voters who don't have access to unions. The organization carries out incredibly effective campaigns, and SBA is proud to be expanding its reach.
Have you seen how efficiently SBA hosts support its letter writers? You can exponentially improve your impact by becoming a letter-writing host yourself. Instead of writing 25 letters, you’ll be enabling scores of writers to participate. Learn more here.
Come spend a week – or a long weekend – in Philly and help ensure that Dems have a voice in November. There’s even housing if you’re interested. Check it out!
Spend a couple hours in the mornings or afternoons (or both if you want) registering voters and knocking doors with friends you brought plus friends you meet there. You'll learn and use proven strategies for registering new Democratic voters and for connecting with voters who feel disengaged from the political process.
Register Dems in East Norristown, PA
Only 45 min from Philly, East Norristown in Montgomery County is a voter-rich location to register Dems. Originally Republican, this part of the state has shifted left as more and more Dems have moved in.
Now it’s just a matter of getting these Dems to register to vote. Plus, a newly registered voter is more likely to vote in November, so you'll be achieving two for the price of one!
Fri, Jul 26 - Sun, Jul 28

Headed to PA to Register Voters?
If you’re one of the growing number of people going to Pennsylvania to register voters, don’t miss this meeting. Come learn the basics of registering new voters in Pennsylvania (and signing them up to vote by mail!) It's not rocket science, but there are things you need to know.
Tue, Jul 30 @ 5 - 6 pm EDT
Already Signed Up for a PA College Campus?
If you’re going Pennsylvania to register college students, this is the training for you! You'll learn the basics of how to register student voters in PA: what IDs out-of-state students can use, how to handle student addresses, and other quirks in handling student voter registrations.

Get Rid of MAGA Scott Perry
Call PA voters and encourage them to vote for Janelle Stelson for the PA-10 Congressional seat; this is a critical race to help Dems flip the US House Blue. Stelson has name recognition as an award-winning broadcast journalist. She is an impressive candidate, has a strong campaign team, and is having great success raising money. Recent polling shows that the race is getting too close to call. Let’s close the gap!
Recruit Volunteers for Pat Ryan in NY-18
Make sure Pat Ryan holds onto his seat in this leaning-purple district. He represents a Dem view on the House Armed Services Committee and the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. You'll be calling people who have been active Democratic volunteers who are primed to help Congressman Pat Ryan get re-elected.
Recent polling shows that the race is tightening up. Another opportunity to close the gap!
Spend Next Weekend in Ossining NY
Help Mondaire Jones flip this winnable congressional seat! In 2022, after redistricting, Democrats lost this seat by less than 2,000 votes. NY-17 is one of the most competitive congressional races in the country. This seat is critical to re-taking the US House, our best bet for success in November.
Put a Dem in Congress for NY-19
A Republican won the NY-19 seat in 2022 by exploiting redistricting. Josh Riley is in a good position to win it back for Democrats. A native of working class Endicott, NY, Josh Riley has served on the Senate Judiciary Committee, crafting proposed legislation to restore the Voting Rights Act and a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United.

States Project Giving Circle $500K Matching Gift
Our States Project Giving Circle has been working toward the matching gift in support of Arizona and North Carolina. Now we’re expanding the scope to include New Hampshire.
We have the opportunity to protect and increase Democratic presence in all levels of the executive and legislative branches of the state. These are the groups that control lawmaking, redistricting, and other critical issues that affect elections up the ladder of government, right to DC.
Funds to NH will go to increasing the incentives for candidate door-knocking, as well as fueling both ad testing and crucial TV and digital messaging. The goal of these actions is to supercharge voter contact efforts.

(Scroll down the page to find the donation link for NH.)

Put Memories of Sheriff Arpaio to Bed
If normal phone bank hours are inconvenient, try this 8:30 pm call time, maybe after the kids have gone to bed! Text to GOTV for Tyler Kamp, the REAL Democrat running for Sheriff in Maricopa County!
Kamp’s opponent is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, a racial-profiling Republican who used to work for Sheriff Joe Arpaio and has suddenly “become” a Democrat.
Come to a training session and then text at your leisure.
