Swing Blue is focusing efforts in Pennsylvania to flip the State Senate and secure three key congressional districts, crucial for Democratic control of the US House.
Brian Wrightson, a lifelong Northeastern Pennsylvanian, small-business owner, and public servant with 35+ years in infrastructure, emergency management, and economic development, is running for State Senate District 40. This district is largely within PA-08, one of the nation’s most competitive congressional races.
Relatively small changes in voter turn-out and vote share could make a difference in both these state senate and congressional races and our mail studies have shown an up-ballot impact from state legislative candidate cards.
As with almost all Swing Blue Alliance mail projects, we’re building in
research to measure impact and will use the results to inform future campaigns.
The postcards are easy to complete: they only require writing a few words and placing an address label and stamp on the card. Do not mail them directly. Return completed cards, address sheet, batch #, and in-kind form to your porch host no later than October 4.
