2023 Elections
In the 2023 election cycle, Swing Blue Alliance drove grassroots efforts across Florida, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Hampshire, Virginia, and North Carolina. Through these campaigns, the organization helped facilitate 31,269 conversations via canvassing and phone banking, sent 196,175 postcards, and raised a total of $95,818 for campaigns. This collective effort highlights Swing Blue Alliance’s profound commitment to strengthening democracy through local and state-level advocacy and action.
Florida
Swing Blue Alliance’s singular campaign in Florida saw a focused effort in fundraising, with a total of 108 donors contributing $8,861.
New Hampshire
In New Hampshire, two campaigns were conducted. The volunteer force participated in 162 shifts, knocking on 734 doors and engaging in 799 conversations. This active grassroots involvement led to the mobilization of 337 voters.
North Carolina
North Carolina’s campaigns sent out 21,650 postcards and had 10,025 phone banking conversations. The campaign effectively engaged 1,319 voters, showing a strong presence in the state.
Ohio
Swing Blue Alliance supported Ohio with three campaigns. They sent 40,000 postcards, engaged 2,877 voters in phone banks, and raised $42,505 for campaigns.
Pennsylvania
Swing Blue Alliance also supported Pennsylvania, engaging 51 volunteers who contributed to 121 phone banking shifts, leading to 2,884 conversations with Democratic voters. The state’s campaign succeeded in mobilizing 1,169 voters, reflecting effective grassroots engagement.
Virginia
Virginia was a major hub of activity with seven campaigns. A staggering 77,375 postcards were sent out. The state saw hundreds volunteers and donors, with the latter raising $44,452. Volunteers completed 556 phone banking and canvassing shifts, knocking on 5,673 doors and engaging in 4,417 conversations. The campaigns successfully rallied thousands of voters, highlighting a strong community-driven effort.
Wisconsin
In Wisconsin, Swing Blue Alliance ran three campaigns around postcards, phone banking, and canvassing. The teams sent 57,150 postcards, had 9,509 conversations, and knocked on 316 doors. The campaigns rallied 7,769 voters, showcasing a strong grassroots presence in the state.
