When Swing Blue Alliance runs a campaign, we do our best to analyze the effectiveness of our strategies to ensure we’re always offering the best opportunities to our volunteers. We created the Research Library in partnership with the Field Leaders Research Network to help leaders educate themselves in the campaigning methodologies and best practices that will help Democrats succeed in elections.
The Field Leaders Research Network (FLRN) was established in 2021 to help grassroots group leaders explore how the latest research can inform their political volunteering. FLRN members are a diverse group: some are experienced researchers, others are group leaders who want to learn and apply new information.
