Swing Blue’s Most Important Letter-Writing Program To Date
Since 2019, Swing Blue Alliance has worked with Democratic organizations in swing states to increase turnout. One of the most successful methods of increasing turnout is to make it easier for Democratic voters to vote by mail.
This year we're expanding this proven program. We’ve precision-targeted 174,000 infrequent voters in five Pennsylvania counties.
Join us and special guests from the PA Dems to find out why this well-tested tactic works and how it stacks up to other letter-writing and postcard activities. Then help us send those 174,000 letters -- complete with mail-in ballot applications -- by September 30!

Protect Matt Cartwright’s Seat in Congress
If you were at the Together We Elect meeting on July 18, you heard that reproductive and civil rights and environmental protection are on the line in Pennsylvania. One way to protect these qualities of life is to reelect US Representative Matt Cartwright.
Matt’s district, PA-08, is the most competitive race in the entire country according to FiveThirtyEight. Matt is a strong incumbent who won a Trump district in 2016, 2018, and 2020. Let’s help him do it again!
Learn more and prepare to recruit volunteers in Pennsylvania.
At this special edition of the All In for NC Monthly Meeting, join US Senate candidate Cheri Beasley for a fun volunteer recruitment event.
Why focus on NC?
North Carolina has one of the three best chances across the country for Dems to pick up a US Senate seat. Former North Carolina Chief Justice Cheri Beasley, a three-times proven statewide vote-getter, will face off against Trumpster Republican Congressman Ted Budd for an open, currently Republican-held seat. Dems can also pick up a US House seat in the new 13th district, created by court-ordered redistricting.
At the state level
NC is at the epicenter of the fight to preserve reproductive rights, being one of the only Southern states east of the Mississippi with full access to abortion. The Republican-dominated state legislature wants to take away these rights and make abortion illegal in NC.
Currently, Democratic Governor Roy Cooper is vetoing far-right Republican legislation, but his veto power is not a sure thing. If Dems lose two seats in the NC State Senate and three seats in the NC State House, the Republican majority will be able to override Governor Cooper's veto.
Keep NC on the right track. Join phone banks for Sydney Batch on Mon, Jul 25 @ 5:45 – 8 pm ET and Ricky Hurtado on Thu, Jul 28 @ 5:45 - 8 pm ET.
Pilot Run of Organizing Challenge
This fall, Swing Blue Alliance is embarking upon a new relational organizing project. We are making it easier for SBA volunteers to recruit their family members and friends in key swing states.
In prep for the full rollout, we want to conduct a test run. You can help us make sure our campaign design is the best it can be.
