This phone bank is designed to collect and analyze voter responses to one of two messages to help Democratic candidate Jeff Warren running in Pennsylvania HD 137 (the most likely state district to flip in all of PA). The Jeff Warren campaign has chosen two messages for us to test with a targeted list of voters.
We are applying lessons learned at last year’s message testing phone bank calling voters in PA 10 testing the effectiveness of a postcard to voters in PA 10. Those skills are being used to improve this phone bank.
We will be using the Scale to Win Dialer, with comprehensive training at the beginning of every phone bank, staff to help with questions and tech issues, and include a debrief to discuss how things went.
