If you’ve questions about the campaign or how to order or promote your mail event, we’ll try to answer them in this informal zoom session open to all mail hosts/distributors and those considering becoming distributors.
Background
In 2023, we worked to elect Janet Protasiewicz to the WI Supreme Court to secure a 4-3 liberal majority. The result has been that access to abortion has been protected and extreme gerrymandering undone. But guess what? WE NEED TO DO IT AGAIN THIS YEAR! A liberal justice is stepping down and we must elect JUDGE SUSAN CRAWFORD on APRIL 1, 2025, to continue progress in WI. She has a very tough fight against Musk-supported Brad Schimel, past R Gov. Scott Walker’s AG who implemented Walker’s anti-democratic, anti-union, anti-choice agenda.
We are leveraging the success of our postcards in 2023 which showed an increase in turnout among young, pro-choice voters with an added study element to see if our postcards actually increase vote share for Judge Crawford. This will be very important to inform our work in an era when we cannot count on demographics to provide a reliable indication of how a person will vote.
This session will be for hosts/distributors interested in learning more about the WI campaign and/or clarifying any questions about ordering, promoting or anything else about the Swing Blue Alliance mail campaign in collaboration with Indivisble WI.
