Thank you for your interest in traveling to register new [Democratic] voters!
Check out our upcoming trips!
We’re adding trips to swing states regularly. We’re choosing areas where the population leans Democratic, and where the data show that the population is under-registered. We’re focusing on electoral districts where victories in down-ballot races will improve the quality of life for residents in those states. We’re collaborating and cooperating with local Democratic committees and campaigns to ensure volunteers’ efforts are efficient and productive, because we don’t want your valuable time and energy wasted!
You’ll have the opportunity to get to know and work together with local Dems. You’ll choose what you’d like to do: stand-out or table in high-traffic pedestrian areas (“hot spots”), or visit selected addresses to offer to help folks register to vote or to update the address at which they’re registered to vote, or both. You’ll get the chance to connect with local folks and hear what’s important to them. You’ll have the satisfaction of helping to move the needle toward a Democratic win this November. And you’ll even have some leisure time to explore the area!
We’re arranging no-cost lodging with local Dems, or you can choose a hotel or AirBnB (at your expense), or stay with your friends or relatives in the area. Travel is at your expense, and we’ll help folks connect for carpooling, and make arrangements to collect them at the train station or airport if needed.
If you’ve never done this before, please don’t worry! We’ll provide plenty of training. We’ll offer short videos prior to each trips, training when we arrive, and daily refreshers if needed.
We’re looking forward to registering voters with you! And winning!
