Be an Organizer/Distributor for SBA Mail Campaigns

Your Role as a Host

Step 1: Purchase postcard packets

  • Purchase mailing materials from our Estore or as directed.
  • The minimum order is usually 12 packets.
  • Each packet includes a Volunteer Instructions sheet and 25 letters or postcards depending on the campaign
  • Volunteers can purchase stamps for the packets of postcards or letters or you can include stamps in each volunteer’s packets

Step 2: Recruit volunteers to complete the postcards

  • Word of mouth among friends can work, but most hosts use our website.
  • We can help you set up a distribution page where volunteers can sign up for packets.
  • The website will track who orders packets and how many they request.

Step 3: Manage packet distribution and ensure volunteers return completed packets to you for mailing or mail by the designated mail date.
