As many of us who have volunteered for campaigns have seen, field organizers typically come from affluent backgrounds. They do not look like or relate to the lives of residents of low income, inner-city neighborhoods.Organizing Corps 2020 is recruiting and training 1,000 local organizers from diverse backgrounds to work on the 2020 presidential campaign in key battleground states.
