The All In for NC phonebank team is back in action, and we are kicking off 2026 by making calls to support Rev. Rodney Sadler’s primary race for House District 106. He is a minister, activist, and professor of Bible studies. Rev. Dr. Sadler has a long record of standing up for all the people of North Carolina. In 2013, the first time he stepped foot in the NC General Assembly, he was arrested together with other faith leaders in peaceful protest against the immoral leadership of the Republican-controlled legislature.
In the years since, Rev. Dr. Sadler has remained engaged in the fight for a just, moral government. He has served on the Executive Committee of the North Carolina NAACP, as the Vice Chair of the Charlotte Clergy Coalition for Justice, and has worked organizing clergy with and developing theological resources for the Forward Together/Moral Monday Movement. He currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Reimagining America Project (related to the Center for Common Ground, where he has served as Board Chair) and as a Tri-Chair of the North Carolina Poor Peoples’ Campaign.
