Founded in 2019, RDI is the first funding collaborative building power toward a thriving democracy and shared prosperity across diverse communities in rural areas and small cities. Sarah grew up in rural Washington state and was the leader of its progressive donor alliance.
Kay Brown is Organizing Director of Advance Carolina and NC Black Alliance, which organize in many rural counties of Eastern NC.
