This is a local Indivisible event! For the 250th anniversary of the battles of Lexington and Concord, we have the perfect time to say No Kings across Massachusetts. The hands-off rallies that took place all over the country on Saturday, April 5th, were the start of the pro-democracy movement. The good troublemakers in Quincy are keeping the momentum of the movement going by hosting a rally for democracy on Saturday, April 19. Please join our team and invite all your friends to get involved by standing up for our democracy. Join us in Hancock Adams Common at noon, where we rally for the same democracy our local revolutionary patriots, Founding Father President John Adams, First Lady Abigail Adams, and their son President John Quincy Adams, all stood and fought for.
Please bring your handmade sign and keep the slogans rated G. The sign holding will last 1 hour regardless of weather conditions, so please dress appropriately.
