The Grassroots Connector is proud to announce the launch of our first Substack LIVE program “It Needs To Be Said” anchored by Susan Wagner. Susan is a member of our Editorial Board, a founder of Markers For Democracy and a strong advocate for the volunteer grassroots community. She has interacted with campaigns, local, state and federal democratic parties and believes strongly that a healthier working relationship among all these entities is critical to successful campaigns. Her current focus is advocating for the adoption of Grassroots Coordinators for 2026 Congressional campaigns.
With the proliferation and popularity of Substack publications as the home of progressive media, The Grassroots Connector is the premier publication dedicated to the voices of the grassroots. “It Needs To Be Said” will feature activists who volunteer their services in the pro democracy arena providing the bandwidth campaigns and local parties so desperately need.
