We are peacefully showing up in defense of civil liberties, human rights, and the preservation of democratic principles.
We demand an end to slashing federal funds for Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, SNAP, medical research, vaccines, and other programs that Massachusetts residents rely on.
We demand an end to the attacks on immigrants, the BIPOC community, the LGBTQ community, and women’s reproductive freedom.
We demand an end to the attacks on free speech, academic freedom, libraries, and education.
Let’s show up and demand HANDS OFF OUR LIVES!
We are now meeting on public sidewalks, 3:30-4:30 pm, across from the Bank of America in the center of Amherst, corner of Main Street, Amity Street, North Pleasant Street, and South Pleasant Street. Rain or shine!
