We are in the home stretch to the midterms!! It’s time to remind voters in key swing states of how important it is that they get out and vote! Ohio is a critical swing state that can influence election outcomes\, including control of the Senate and the House. Volunteer written postcards to voters have been shown by numerous independent studies to increase turnout\, especially among voters who may not consistently vote in midterms\, by 0.4% to 1.5 % in randomized trials. That may sound small\, but it’s greater than the margin by which many races are won!
\nJoin old friends and make new ones\, to write postcards to Ohio voters and encourage them to get out and vote. We’ll gather on Saturday\, October 10 from 1 to 4 in Florence for postcard writing\, snacking and chatting!
