This relational organizing approach will be particularly fruitful in PA\, where only 22% of 18-year-olds are registered (among the lowest in the country according to The Civics Center).
\nThe postcards are easy: write 7 words and affix an address label and stamp. 1 packet of 25 postcards costs $6 (including tax). You will need to buy postcard stamps (65 cents each) separately. Mail your completed postcards anytime before September 10 from anywhere you want.
