Swing Blue is focusing efforts in Pennsylvania to flip the State Senate and secure three key congressional districts\, crucial for Democratic control of the US House.
\nBrian Wrightson\, a lifelong Northeastern Pennsylvanian\, small-business owner\, and public servant with 35+ years in infrastructure\, emergency management\, and economic development\, is running for State Senate District 40. This district is largely within PA-08\, one of the nation's most competitive congressional races.
\nRelatively small changes in voter turn-out and vote share could make a difference in both these state senate and congressional races and our mail studies have shown an up-ballot impact from state legislative candidate cards.
\nAs with almost all Swing Blue Alliance mail projects\, we’re building in \nresearch to measure impact and will use the results to inform future campaigns.
