Blueprint to ’22 Skill Building Training Series

Posted on July 15, 2021

Blueprint to ’22 is a first-of-its-kind relational organizing and community building initiative from the MassDems. Guided by Town & Ward Captains, grassroots organizers are invited to participate in 5 relational organizing and community building projects, one for every quarter leading up to the 2022 statewide election. Each quarterly project will support community partners and the groundwork that they’re doing on the issues that matter most.

Blueprint to ’22 isn’t defined by the number of calls made or the number of tasks completed. Our goal is to give local leaders the tools to make meaningful connections and help Democrats amass a statewide network of trained organizers ready to partake in effective, strategic work in the 2022 elections and beyond.

As part of the program, the MassDems are hosting monthly training sessions between now and the 2022 statewide election. Upcoming sessions in this quarter include direct voter contact strategy and how to host a volunteer event. The next quarter will focus on management and leadership, including sessions on creating and managing goals and inclusive volunteer practices.

The next session will be on June 21st at 6:00pm, focusing on direct voter contact strategy.
